Children's Ministries

Home Church has Super Church for children in Kindergarten through 6th Grade each Sunday morning at 10 AM.  Here they are presented the Word of God in a fun way, geared to their ages.

There are also Sunday School classes each Sunday at 9 AM for children (youth and adults, too) of all ages!

Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM the girls and boys are divided into Mpact Girls Club for the girls and Royal Rangers for the boys.  These Christian Boy/Girl Scout type programs are exciting, fun-filled and age-graded.  See their own pages in this website.

 
  Children matter to God and they matter to us!  We believe by presenting the good news of Jesus to children in a creative and energetic fashion will help deepen their commitment and love for the Lord.  It is our belief that children can experience the fullness of all the Lord has for the believer.  We present the uncompromised Word of God in a fun and exciting way using stories, games, music, tricks, videos and more to help the presentation come alive.  We want to change the world and it starts with loving kids and impacting them one at a time. 

   To the right is a picture of our main Super Church teacher.  We are privileged to have her working for us in an on-the-job learning framework as a ministry intern while she is doing her college coursework.  Jennie is confident she is called into full-time children's ministries and we have seen the evidence of that call as she ministers to our children.  Jennie does a terrific job with the children and is very creative in ministry.  The kids all love her and love to come to Super Church.  She writes:

"My name is Jennie VanGroll  and am a college freshman. I am basing my college education on my desire to go into the ministry as a Children’s Pastor. I come from a big family and have always liked working with kids. I have been involved in the children's ministry since I have been in the 7th grade.  I went on a missions trip to Tennesee and that is really where God concreted the calling in my life.  I was surrounded by kids whose only hope in life was God.  I heard their stories.  They moved me and I knew that I wanted to spend my life trying to help, encourage and inspire kids just like them."
